OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazard of being crushed by a structural collapse: a) Ferraro Fine Foods Corp., 1301 Broad Street, Utica, NY - Old Building Site, Area Marked DP3 BULK. On or about March 13, 2024, material handling operations and storage was permitted where floors were damaged and sagging under stored pallets and where powered industrial trucks are operated.
