The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided. (a) QuarryCut Inc. located at 77 Wells Road, Parker Ford, PA 19457: On or about March 12, 2024, the employer did not ensure that the floor in the facility was kept clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. Pooling water was observed on the floor inside the facility.
