29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): An employee was permitted to work in proximity to an electric power circuit that the employee could contact in the course of work and was not protected against electric shock by deenergizing the circuit and grounding it or by guarding it effectively by insulation or other means: On or about March 9, 2024, at the front yard of 4 Cannon Royal Dr, Key West, Florida, 33040, employees were exposed to an electrocution hazard while installing a light fixture on a palm tree that was within 10 feet of 7.97-kV overhead power lines.
