29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: a. Marelli North America Inc., 2371 Woodstream Drive, Bowling Green, Ohio 43402: On or about March 6, 2024, employees were exposed to electrical hazards in that the work space in front of 240v electrical disconnect on the side of transformer at Heat Cell #8 was blocked by a pallet of containers. The employer did not provide and maintain sufficient access which could hinder the ready and safe operation and maintenance of equipment.
