29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: At the temporary job site located at 17769 Shady Bend, Gardner, Kansas, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to struck-by hazards while using a pneumatic nail gun in that eye protection was not provided or utilized. AJ Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1588565, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 25, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 2420 W 177th st. Overland Park, KS. AJ Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1541380, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 22 September 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 3607 W. 158 Tr., Overland Park, KS.
