OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (a) 1505 Orrtanna Road, Orrtanna, PA - Pipe Shop/Maintenance Scrap Yard - On or about March 1, 2024, the employer did not ensure that the forklift used by maintenance employees (CATERPILLAR #303 serial# 26N1418) was equipped with an operator restraint device. Employee(s) were exposed to a crush hazard in the event of a tip over. No abatement certification or documentation required.
