Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized struck-by and crush-by hazards while performing loading and/or unloading of pallets containing sheet goods with forklifts throughout the production area: a) In the warehouse/production area: On or about February 29, 2024, the employer exposed employees to struck-by and crush-by hazards, in that the storage racks were not properly anchored to the floor.
