29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. a) Jobsite located at 1725 5th Avenue, Folsom, PA.- The employer did not initiate or maintain an accident prevention program to address the associated hazards that employees are exposed to during roofing activities, such as but not limited to fall hazards. Condition noted on or about February 29, 2024. CH Home Remodeling LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1682451, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 02-06-2024, with respect to a workplace located at 260 Powell Rd, Springfield, PA.
