29 CFR 1910.95(g)(5)(i): The employer did not establish, within 6 months of an employee's first exposure at or above the action level, a valid baseline audiogram against which subsequent audiograms can be compared: (a) Spiral Mill Plant - On or about March 6, 2024, a baseline audiogram was not established for a Spiral Mill Plant Operator exposed to continuous noise at a dose of 199.7% or an equivalent time-weighted average of 94.99 dBA, which is in excess of the 85 dBA Action level, during a 448-minute sampling period on 03-06-2024.
