OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees Worksite: On or about February 23, 2024, the employer did not ensure that the employees working on the wood boards elevated by the 8042 Skytrak Telehandler were protected from falling by using a manufacturer approved platform, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet.
