29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Residential Construction Site: On or about February 26, 2024, an employee engaged in framing activities 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards. This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard. Salais Builders, LLC, formerly known as Salais Construction, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1629180, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11-18-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 417 James St, El Paso, TX 79915. Salais Builders, LLC, formerly known as Salais Construction, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 158959, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5-04-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 621 Country Club Rd., El Paso, TX 79932.
