29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): Industrial truck drivers were not required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel: a). The employer failed to ensure employees kept a clear view of the travel path while operating forklifts. An employee operating equipment that included, but was not limited to a Type E, Crown Integral Model S200 forklift, traveled forward with a load that impeded the view of his path of travel, which resulted in him striking and injuring another employee. Violation occurred on February 23, 2024
