29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. (a) On or about February 26, 2024, the employer did not have a process in place to address housekeeping issues located in a PSM covered process where paint sprayed all over the walls, equipment, gauges, and sensors whenever one or more spray cans were not correctly sealed prior-to adding the propellant gas in the gas house.
