(a) Worksite Backroom: On or about 2/23/2024, employees were exposed to tripping and entrapment hazards while working in the receiving area (backroom) where the emergency fire exit door was obstructed. HomeGoods, Inc. was previously cited for a serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard, 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1636650, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/15/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 100 Reaville Avenue, Flemington, NJ 08822
