OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees from struck-by and crush-by hazards: a) I-75 Northbound between mile marker 232.2 and mile marker 233; On or about 02/19/2024, employees installing traffic control devices were exposed to the hazard of being struck-by and crush-by oncoming vehicular traffic while performing lane closures.
