29 CFR 1926.452(w)(2): Scaffold casters and wheels were not locked with positive wheel and/or wheel and swivel locks, or equivalent means, to prevent movement of the scaffold while the scaffold was used in a stationary manner: On or about 02/15/2024, at 5300 NW 9th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, an employee was exposed to an approximately 14- to 16-foot fall hazard due to a Baker scaffold's wheel locks being defective and not being able to engage.
