OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when working near heavy equipment: a) On or about February 16, 2024, employees working near a John Deer Model 331G Skid Steer were exposed to struck-by hazards from unintended movement when the floorboard of the skid steer was not kept clear.
