OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that they were exposed to falls while utilizing an unsecured ladder. a) Green Circle Growers, Inc. located at 15650 St. Rt. 511, Oberlin, Ohio, 44074: On or about February 8, 2024, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 8-10 feet to the concrete floor below when accessing an upper level via a Werner 20 foot aluminum extension ladder that was not positioned or secured to prevent displacement.
