29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: The employer failed to protect employees from an electrocution hazard. This was most recently documented on February 6, 2024, at the jobsite located at 4259 Missouri Highway 13, Lampe, Missouri when the employer did not provide training on working near energized electrical power lines. Equipment employees were operating were within 10 feet of energized power lines and employees were not trained to recognize hazards associated with working around electrical power lines.
