29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) On or about 2/6/2024, in the bakery, a shelving unit was placed directly in front of the fire extinguisher. b) On or about 2/6/2024, on the wall next to the desk to the side of the loading dock in the warehouse, a fire extinguisher was blocked by a desk, a chair, and some metal pieces. c) On or about 2/6/2024, at the top of the stairs to the warehouse, a fire extinguisher was blocked by a cardboard box. d) On or about 2/6/2024, at the emergency exit near the fire alarm pull, a fire extinguisher was blocked by cleaning supplies.
