29 CFR 1910.28(b)(11)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee exposed to an unprotected side or edge of a stairway landing that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected by a guardrail or stair rail system. (a) At the 1508 George Jenkins Blvd, Lakeland, Florida: On or about 1/30/2024; the wooden stairway approximately 7-feet high, did not have a mid-rail as part of the standard rail system, exposing employees to a fall hazard.
