29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Second floor NW bathroom: Employees installing drywall and sewer line pipe near the second-floor edge with no fall protection were exposed to fall hazards. Paramount Builders Inc. was previously cited for a repeat violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1643378, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 28, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at the Parliament Building, Pago Pago, American Samoa.
