OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. Bldg 31C20T, Temporary Fabric Shelter: On or before April 9th, 2024, the employer permitted the use of a Chicago Pneumatic CP875 Die Grinder with an unguarded 2" blade #157-54 which was not approved by the manufacturer to cut aluminum. Employees were potentially exposed to amputation and/or laceration hazard(s).
