29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: a. At a temporary residential work site located at 5923 Cedar Hills Boulevard in Jacksonville, Florida 32210: On or about January 25, 2024, the employer exposed an employee to struck-by injuries to the head, in that the protective helmets, such as hard hats, was not utilized by an employee who worked directly below other roofing employees who were installing roofing materials and tools on a sloped roof.
