29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were blocked or missing and not available for immediate use by employees. On or about January 25, 2024, and at times prior thereto, two fire extinguishers were blocked from immediate use by employees, exposing employees to such hazards as smoke inhalation and minor burns.
