29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct an annual or more frequent inspection of the energy control procedure to ensure that the procedure and requirements of this standard were followed. a). Morral Companies, LLC on or about January 18, 2024, at the location of 132 Postle Avenue Morral, OH 43337: The employer did not conduct adequate periodic inspections of the energy control procedures at least annually to ensure that the procedure is implemented properly and adequate to provide effective protection to the authorized employee during servicing and maintenance operations. Due to this condition, employees who service and maintain the travel path of the "East Robot" were exposed to caught in and stuck by hazards.
