29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Battery Room, Northeast wall, 1420 Gardiner Ln, Louisville, KY: On or about 01/24/2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to serious tissue damage and blindness, in that immediate access to the emergency eyewash station was blocked by equipment while employees were recharging powered industrial trucks or performing battery maintenance.
