29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. On or about January 15, 2024, on sidewalk in front of the facility, an employee was injured and required in-patient hospitalization. The employer did not report to OSHA the hospitalization within twenty four (24) hours of the work-related incident.
