29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(i)(G): Powered industrial truck operators shall receive initial training in the following topics, except in topics which the employer can demonstrate are not applicable to safe operation of the truck in the employer's workplace. Truck-related Topics including but not limited to: Fork and attachment adaptation, operation, and use limitations; On or about January 22, 2024, at a workplace located at W6470 Quality Drive, Greenville, WI in the Warehouse; employees operating a powered industrial vehicle equipped with clamp attachment were not provided with specific training on clamp truck operation and/or limitations nor evaluated on the clamp truck prior to being permitted to operate the vehicle.
