29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: Location: 270 Marble Ave., Pleasantville, NY 10570 On or about: January 22. 2024 a) Four (4) fire extinguishers located on the ground not on the mounting hook or without a mounting hook. Employees exposed to a fire hazard. Zwilling J.A. Henckels, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1584690, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 27, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 270 Marble Ave., Pleasantville, NY 10570.
