29 CFR 1910.29(b)(2): Midrails,�screens, mesh,�intermediate vertical�members, or�equivalent intermediate�structure members�were not�installed between�the top�edge of�the guardrail�system and�the walking/working�surface when�there was�no wall�or parapet�wall at�least 21�inches (53�cm) high. a) For the north and south charging deck platform edges, on or about 01/18/2024, The employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 30 feet or more to the tipping floor below, in that, the guardrail system consisted of only a top-rail at approximately 42 inches in height and no mid-rail or other equivalent means.
