29 CFR 1910.95(i)(4): The employer did not provide training in the use and care of all hearing protectors provided to employees: a) Delaware River Basin Stone LLC, 1823 Airport Road, Deposit, New York, 13754. On or about 3/26/2024, noise levels for processes in the special blue stone cutting area, Area C, exceeded the 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels, exposure was measured at 111% and an 8-hour time-weighted average of 90.75 decibels. The employer did not provide training in the use and care of all hearing protection provided to employees.
