29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4):Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed. On or about January 17, 2024, an employee was observed using a step ladder that was folded while running wire onto an electrical box for emergency lighting. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards from portable ladders that are not used as design.
