29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours: a) Following the hospitalization of an employee(s) on or about January 12, 2023, the employer did not make a report to OSHA within 24 hours after the occurrence. The Brookshire Grocery Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 20 CFR 1904.39(a)(2) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1664111, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 4, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1600 W. SW Loop 323, Tyler, Texas 75710.
