29 CFR 1926.959(d)(1): 29 CFR 1926.959(d)(1): Mechanical equipment was operated so that the minimum approach distances established under 1926.960(c)(1)(I) were not maintained from exposed energized lines and equipment: a) Right-of-way near 1722 Tin Bridge Rd, LaGrange, GA: On or about January 11, 2024, an employee was exposed to an electrocution hazard when a concrete pole was being moved with a digger derrick truck within the minimum approach distance of energized 46-kV overhead transmission power line while those lines were not insulated.
