29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided by 29 CFR 1910.95(g) by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour (TWA) time-weighted average of 85 (dB) decibels: On or about January 9, 2024, and days prior to, Lowell Manufacturing Company Inc. located at 100 Integram Drive in Pacific Missouri did not conduct baseline audiometric evaluation for employees who would have been enrolled in the hearing conservation program while working at the paint shop and adjacent areas where noise levels exceeded 85 (dB) decibels.
