29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds shall be fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as follows: location: exterior of building, Prospect St. & Hawthorne Ave. on or about: 7/12/23 a) The employer did not ensure that all working levels of the tubular welded frame scaffold used by employees were fully planked.
