29 CFR 1910.178(m)(2): No person shall be allowed to stand or pass under the elevated portion of any truck, whether loaded or empty: a) Strobic Building - The employer allowed employees to work under a portion of an air handling unit while the section was lifted above his head with the powered industrial truck, thus exposing the employee to struck-by and caught-in-between hazards. Noted on or about January 4, 2024. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
