29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge. a.) Country Fair, Inc. #9, 1459 East State Street, Sharon, PA 16146, back storage room - On or about 12/18/23 and times prior thereto, the exit door located in the back storage area was locked with items including, but not limited to, a wooden board. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
