29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii):Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): On or about December 19, 2023, at the fabrication shop, an employee used a 618 fusion machine that was not guarded, exposing employee to amputation hazards. ISCO Industries, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.212(a)(3)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1431020, citation number 1, item number 1,and was affirmed as a final order on 11/22/2019, with respect to a workplace located at ISCO Industries, Inc. 460 Fife Rd., Mulberry, FL 33860.
