1910.176(c): Housekeeping. Storage areas shall be kept free from accumulation of materials that constitute hazards from tripping, fire, explosion, or pest harborage. Vegetation control will be exercised when necessary. On or about December 19, 2023, employee(s) engaged in receiving and material handling activities in the receiving area of Target Corporation located at 17810 West Center Road, Omaha, Nebraska were exposed to trip and fall hazards in that the employer did not ensure aisle #3 (last receiving aisle) was kept clear and free from obstruction.
