29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. Location: Worksite On or about December 15, 2023, employees were exposed to respirable crystalline silica dust hazards while performing dry cutting of stone with a Stihl 420 cut-off machine, where the employer did not provide an adequate wash station for employees.
