29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: On or about December 12, 2023, at the TPI (Third Party Inspection) bench, employees were engaged in inspecting and grinding steel spiral weld pipes where extension cords were on the floor between the control panel and the yellow pole.
