29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Each authorized employee did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: On or about January 24, 2024, and times prior thereto, and at times thereafter, at the induction area line the employer did not ensure that authorized employees who replace tape on the taper machines received training on the hazardous energy sources of that equipment.
