29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation: (a) On or about 12/05/2023 - Lot #182 14715 Sandy Pines Drive, Moundville, AL, an employee was operating a pneumatic nailer to apply shingles and not wearing eye protection. Mr. Jesus Adolfo Medina was previously cited for a repeat-serious violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1676176, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/17/2023, with respect to a workplace located at Lot #97 Sussex Road, Margaret, AL.
