OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1) The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees a) In the Seed House, located at 2170 Bellview Road, Colquitt, Georgia, on or about November 26, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that employees were working from a walking surface approximately 25 feet above a concrete floor where the guardrail system did not have a mid-rail.
