29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition: (a) On or about November 28, 2023, the employer had a epoxy coating applied to the concrete floor in the production area, the coating lacked adequate grit, creating a slick surface when wet.� This condition exposed employees to slips and fall hazards during sanitization operations.
