29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: On or about October 24, 2023, the employer did not ensure employees operating a table saw (PowerMatic Table Saw, Model Number 66, Serial Number 65-416) were protected against contact with the blade while cutting styles and rails with the guard (PowerMatic Auto Feeder, Model Number PF-31, Serial Number 20010030035) moved to the side.
