29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket: a) On or about 11/28/2023; at the southeast side of the building; an employee was using an aerial lift to perform roofing work on the side of the building. The employee was standing on the midrail of the basket, leaning over the basket, placing 4x8 sheets of plywood on the building's roof. Employee was exposed to a fall of approximately 40 feet. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
