29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye and/or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation: On or about November 21, 2023, at 7380 W. 20th Avenue, Hialeah, Florida, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from flying particles due to the lack of eye and/or face protection when operating a glass polishing machine.
